Returns & Cancellations: No merchandise can be returned without a "RA" number provided by Boteler Racing and no merchandise can be returned after 20 days. All returns must be shipped PRE-PAID and INSURED. a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will; be deducted from returns except factory error. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee and is determined by item. ALTERED MERCHANDISE (EG: painted, modified, ETC...) is not returnable.

90-day Layaway plan with no interest.
This is how it works: You would pay a pre-determine weekly or monthly amount till the item is paid for, up to 90 days. There is a minimal payment and this depends on item and you can pay it off sooner. If Layaway is canceled a 5% restocking fee is charged and is based on the total money paid. So say; you paid $50.25, 5% of $50.25 is $2.51. We would refund you $ 47.74.
Special Orders:
A deposit of 55% is required on all special orders. Your sales rep will let you know if your order falls in this category. If order is cancelled after processing sale then; there is a restocking fee not to exceed 15%. This depends on item/part.

Shipper: Our choice (UPS, FedEx, Truck Freight, USPS). Some items shipping free but, does not apply to sale items.

 

Most items are shipped UPS, Truck Freight, or USPS depending on the size and weight of the item(s). If your order is large, your item will ship with a freight carrier that specializes in shipping heavy and bulky items. Boteler Racing is not responsible for any shipping delays due to credit & fraud authorizations, shipper delays, weather delays, natural disasters, incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete information, etc. Boteler Racing reserves the right to refuse any order or shipping method for any reason, there are no shipping refunds once the item(s) has been processed & shipped out.

Drop Shipment: Available on most items, some manufactures charge a fee for this service, sales rep will let you know.
Outside the USA (48) shipping: Funds must be secure and addresses verified before overseas orders are processed.
1) Payments have to be in the form of a:
         * Cashier's check drawn on an American Bank must clear plus any shipping charges.
         * VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (must have proper info)
We will let you know of the shipping charges upon address verification.
2) The Shipping addresses and phone# have to be verified.
Once steps 1 & 2 are completed, we'll notify you (via Email) that the order is being processed and will ship via a secured carrier of our choice.

 

Returns:
a) All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) provided by our Customer Service Department Call 410.876.6851 No returns accepted w/out a RA.
b) A restocking fee will be charged (not to exceed 25% of the value of item).
c) Items and any accessories must be returned in the original packaging with customer's original receipt.
d) Customer is responsible for shipping cost & any damages. We suggest, you purchase shipping insurance. No COD returns will be accepted, unless approved by the customer service manager.
e) Once items are received and checked, adjustments will be made.
f) Refunds are for products only, original shipping to customer will not be refunded.                                                                                             g) Merchandise can be returned up-to 10 days after delivery date.

Other:
CANCELLED ORDERS
      Are subject to a cancellation fee and is determined by item value.
ALTERED MERCHANDISE (eg: painted, modified, etc.) are not returnable.

Exchanges:
a) All exchanges require an Exchange Authorization (EA) provided by our Customer Service.  No exchange accepted w/out an (EA).
