Most items ship UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the item. If your item is large, it will shipped truck freight a carrier of our choice that specializes in shipping heavy and bulky items. Boteler Racing is not responsible for any shipping delays due to shipper's work load, credit & fraud authorizations, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping address, incomplete information, etc. Boteler Racing reserves the right to refuse any order or shipping method for any reason, there are no shipping refunds once the item(s) have been processed.

Returns & Cancellations: No merchandise can be returned without a "RA" number provided by Boteler Racing and no merchandise can be returned after 20 days. All returns must be shipped PRE-PAID and INSURED a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will; be deducted from returns. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee and is determined by item. ALTERED MERCHANDISE (EG: painted, modified, ETC...) is not returnable.
